WRC has the ability to manage and complete an entire equipment restoration project. These restoration projects can be either cosmetic in nature (for museum or other static, non-operational display) or operational restorations completed to all applicable codes and regulations for railroad service.
Every aspect of restoration can be carried out by WRC, from safely stripping away old paint and removing deteriorated parts to applying the final coat of paint and polishing touches on an accurate representation of railroad history.
WRC’s in-house graphics department can also provide your locomotive and other rolling stock with accurate, customized decals to match the history of your equipment.
Our Restoration projects have ranged in size from entire passenger train consists to single small units. There is no restoration too small or too large for WRC.
